Orders shipping and returns

WHAT IS THE RETURN/REFUND POLICY?

Returns: Due to the nature of our business, almost all of our items are personalized or custom, in which case we cannot offer returns.

Refunds: If we made a mistake on your order (what we engraved was different than what was discussed in messages OR was different than what you included in the personalization notes on your order), it is your choice to either receive a full refund or to have us remake and ship the corrected item.

For stretch bracelets only, a 7 day return policy. Email us at support@lasedpres.com for instructions. Items must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS SHIPPED?

You will get a shipping notification email on the email address you used when checking out. You will also find the status of you order on your account if you created an account with us.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

We are only shipping within the United States at this time.

WHAT DO I DO IF I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Please contact us immediately so we may track and find your order. If the package is not found, we will work on reimbursement or send a replacement product, whichever you prefer.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER I ALREADY PLACED?

You may make changes 1 day after placing the order.

CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER?

We are not offering expedited shipping at this time.

CUSTOMIZATION

I’D LIKE TO USE MY OWN IMAGE, WHAT TYPE OF IMAGE SHOULD I SEND?

SVG files would be best, but we can also use PNG or JPG files. Please send the images to us at support@lasedpres.com. Note: Please provide order number if you have it.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

Click on the Forgot Password button and provide the email you used when creating your account. You will receive an email with instructions on how to change your password.
