WHAT IS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY?

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS SHIPPED?

You will get a shipping notification email on the email address you used when checking out. You will also find the status of you order on your account if you created an account with us.

 

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

We are only shipping within the United States at this time.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Please contact us immediately so we may track and find your order. If the package is not found, we will work on reimbursement or send a replacement product, whichever you prefer.

 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER I ALREADY PLACED?

Unfortunately we are unable to make changes once the order has been submitted.

 

CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER?

We are not offering expedited shipping at this time.

 

CUSTOMIZATION

I’D LIKE TO USE MY OWN IMAGE, WHAT TYPE OF IMAGE SHOULD I SEND?

If the option to upload the file is unavailable on the product page you can send SVG, PNG or JPG files. Please send the images to us at support@lasedpres.com. Note: Please provide order number if you have it.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?
