Return/Exchange Policy

At LasedPres, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver quality custom engraving and personalized gifts that meet your expectations. Due to the unique nature of our products, please read our return policy carefully.

Personalized Items:

No Returns or Exchanges: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part. Personalized products are created just for you with the utmost care and precision based on the information you provide. Therefore, please double-check your personalization instructions for accuracy.

Please note once you order a personalized item, we start working on it immediately, so we cannot accept cancellations.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

Defective Products: If you receive a defective item or if the product does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund upon verification of the defect or error.

Reporting Process: To report a defective or incorrect item, please send an email to our customer service email at support@lasedpres.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos documenting the defect or mistake. This will help us expedite the resolution process.

General Returns:

For non-personalized items, returns can be made within 30 days of receipt. The items must be in their original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days.

Exceptions:

Please note, sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
